Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next exciting opportunity, working on a multi-site basis, with headquarters in Wallingford? If so, you may be interested a role we have recently registered as a HR Advisor, working for a National organisation . Reporting to the Head of HR and working closely with another regional HR Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for line managers and employees across your region and ensure you provide sound HR advice at all times. As the HR Advisor your duties will vary from managing employee relations cases to developing HR policies.

HR Advisor Responsibilities

As the HR Advisor some of your duties will include:

• Providing HR advice and support to management and employees
• Managing casework including grievances and disciplinaries
• Supporting managers with the recruitment process
• Assisting with the onboarding processes and providing induction training
• Developing HR policies
• Delivering HR related training to employees

HR Advisor Experience

The HR Advisor will have previous experience in a HR Advisory position working across a generalist basis and have dedicated experience with case-work in either a face to face or phone based capacity. You will be flexible and creative in your approach and have the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. It is essential that you are a self-motivated individual with the ability to work both within a team and alone. If you have had exposure to a multi-site environment this is preferred although not essential.

Please note it is essential that you hold a current driving license.
