Recruitment Business Partner

Your new company
You will work as a Recruitment Business Partner, for a large Government organisation in London. The role is being recruited on a 6 month interim basis and will pay £260 PAYE or £290 Umbrella per day.
The role will start within the next few weeks, so candidates must be available immediately, or on 1 week's notice as a maximum.

Your new role
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, within a team of 9, you will oversee suppliers and work with a project team for a re-tender; gather information and write technical specifications, conduct monthly hiring manager surveys and produce performance metrics. You will also manage end to end recruitment of specialist roles into areas such as occupational health, finance and marketing.

What you'll need to succeed
As well as being available within 1 week, candidates must have experience of stakeholder management, with good influencing skills. Experience of supplier management, managing large contract and a budget and delivering/overseeing high volume recruitment is also essential.
