Superb opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join this growing business and oversee all recruitment activity across the management population of the business. You will manage the candidate journey through the entire recruitment process, from point of application up to offer stage.
Liaising with hiring managers, the wider HR team and key business leaders, the Recruitment Advisor will partner with them to establish role requirements and source high quality candidates. Success within the role will be assessed against your ability to build stakeholder relationships, as well as key metrics such as time, cost, source and quality of hires.

Your responsibilities:
- Conducting full and detailed job briefings with line managers
- Successfully advertising vacancies via internal and external channels - assessing various recruitment methods and selecting the most appropriate routes to market
- Assessing candidate applications and screening them against the job requirements
- Conducting detailed and insightful telephone interviews at initial stages to assess candidate suitability
- Reviewing the recruitment materials to be used for each vacancy to ensure they are fit for purpose
- Organising and facilitating assessment centres - designing new selection techniques to ensure that we are able to identify the top talent
- Providing interview coaching and training to line managers and internal candidates where needed
- Liaising with local HR teams and hiring managers to gather feedback and update on progress of current vacancies, as well identifying future needs
- Providing candidates with appropriate and constructive feedback
- Making candidate offers and assisting in the production of offer letters
- Liaising with external suppliers where required

What will you need to succeed?
- Previous experience within a recruitment role - in house experience desirable but not essential
- Experience at recruiting a variety of support function roles (i.e. HR, Finance, IT, etc.)
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to guide and influence senior stakeholders, with the confidence and conviction to make decisions
- Ability to manage difficult conversations and provide constructive feedback to candidates
- Clear understanding of modern recruitment principles and techniques
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Excellent eye for detail
- Flair for innovation and the ability to be involved in projects when required
- Good grasp of producing and interpreting MI
- Proactive approach towards ensuring that we achieve a continuous improvement culture
- Flexibility around working hours to meet the needs of the business
- Full UK driving licence - this role will involve national travel and overnight stays
