With markets changing fast in an increasingly digitalised world and the UK leaving the EU, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) are currently undergoing rapid business growth, presenting an influential opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Adviser to play a key role in delivering our resourcing strategy.

To continue to do so we need to ensure we have the right talent in place, attracting specialist professionals across our diverse delivery areas including Legal, Economics, Data and Digital, and Corporate Services.

The CMA Recruitment team deliver a high quality and best practice recruitment advisory service, contributing to the achievement of the CMA’s strategic goals. 

The successful candidate will work as a Senior Recruitment Adviser with accountability for delivering recruitment activity in line with the Civil Service Commission Recruitment Principles and CMA best practice.  You’ll advise hiring managers on best practice solutions to fill vacancies that vary in seniority, profession, number and availability of candidates.  This is a true client partnership role where you will be accountable for managing your own portfolio of recruitment campaigns from end-to-end. Whilst doing so, you’ll ensure all elements of the candidate and client experience are handled effectively, professionally, and at pace.

To be successful in this role you will be experienced in leading on the delivery of multiple and diverse recruitment campaigns, from the planning and design stage through to issuing offers.  You will also have experience of independently and professionally advising hiring managers in best practice techniques and attraction strategies to maximise the quality and quantity of applications, including the use of social media and LinkedIn.
