Are you ready for a new challenge? Do you have the experience, skills and enthusiasm to make a difference and help lead our HR service? We are looking for an inspiring and experienced leader to lead the development, delivery and performance of our proactive and professional Strategic HR team.
You’ll have a proven record of achievement of HR management within a large unionised organisation, and excellent influencing and negotiation skills. You’ll be a business focussed professional who can help drive change, efficiency and service improvements, as well as contribute to the development of the HR service as a member of the HR management team. You will also be a member of the CIPD, or equivalent, and be committed to continuing professional development.
