Job Details

I am currently working with a regulatory body based in central London to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a fixed term contract basis for 2 years. 

This role will focus on delivering the organisations annual pay settlements, including developing and checking pay models and options, and ensuring the accurate and timely implementation of pay rewards. 

I am looking for candidates who:

  • have relevant experience in managing pay and reward projects, deliverables and activities, in particular experience of preparing pay and reward proposals, reports and communications.
  • are confident in using IT software and an expert user of Microsoft Excel to produce accurate pay data and models
  • have experience of using Agresso and MS Sharepoint
  • have experience of coordinating and managing project work and working as part of a team to deliver objectives
