Generalist HR Advisor - Central London - Architecture Firm


Your new company
A leading architecture business are looking for an experienced generalist HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis supporting a population of c.230.

Your new role

* Ensuring continuous improvement within recruitment processes; reviewing agencies, methods of recruitment, interview questions, ensuring they are in line with our values
* Support & attend meetings for any disciplinary's, respond to employee queries, support and coordinate restructures and support change management.
* Support the HR Manager to deliver and coordinate on internal/external training.
* Good understanding of payroll and support where required.
* Deliver on HR projects, ensuring project delivery and managing expectations continuously with stakeholders; supporting on initiatives such as Talent Reviews and annual Employee Engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

* Have experience working within a generalist HR remit with experience delivering on all HR Operational activities including full ownership of recruitment, on-boarding and advising senior stakeholders on best practice.
* Be able to demonstrate working closely on HR related projects with great attention to detail and the desire to deliver all projects to a high standard.
* Proactive at managing expectations of stakeholders.
* IT skills with Excel and InDesign would be desirable.
