Job Details
A charity in London are recruiting an Internal Resourcer for a six-month period. They are looking for someone to deliver comprehensive recruitment support.
Responsibilities
- Advertising and posting job adverts
- Leading on initial interviews and providing support at later stages (arranging times, preparing questions, administrating interview materials)
- Providing reports on recruitment activity
- Leading on negotiations with external suppliers (agencies and job boards) to ensure competitive rates.
- Liaising with line managers on recruitment issues and carrying out stakeholder management
- Providing an energetic an innovative approach to talent attraction, making use of all available tools including social media
Qualifications/experience required
- Excellent recruitment administrative skills
- Experience with high volume recruitment
- Great communication and literacy skills
- The ability to liaise with senior employees and challenge them where necessary on recruitment issues
- Agency experience desirable
