* Manage the HR operations team and ensure expert advise and guidance is provided to all stakeholders on all HR matters
* Proactively drive a culture of continuous improvement and work hard ethos to drive a fantastic customer service, and drive performance for the people strategy
* Manage the operational delivery of compliant HR policies and procedures
* Drive team performance and targets
* Monitor spending and budgets
Profile
* Proven HR operational experience
* Proficiency in employment law
* Proficiency overseeing the full employee lifecycle
* Strong knowledge of payroll
* Previous man management and development experience
* CIPD Level 5 and above
