Our client are a Property/Real Estate company based in London, with links to both the Public and Private Sectors


Reporting into the CEO, the Interim HR Director will take responsibility for hitting the following objectives:

* Develop and implement an overarching People strategy to support the delivery of the organisation's business strategy

* Review and revise the remuneration, reward and performance management systems e.g. incentive / bonus arrangements; job evaluation and salary benchmarking.

* Review and revise the competency framework, ensuring robust succession and staff contingency plans in conjunction with the CEO and executive team


* Demonstrable experience of having led the development of a People strategy as part of a wider business strategy.

* Capable of seeing and articulating how the People strategy supports the delivery of business strategy and objectives.

* Strong experience of operating at Board / Executive level, but equally confident of communicating with staff at all levels and with external partners

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Experience of having led the development and implementation of HR strategies within SME organisations

* Experience and knowledge of both public and private sectors is preferred

* Knowledge of the property/real estate and the rail sector is advantageous

Job Offer

12 Month Contract, ASAP start, daily rate c. £550 dependant on experience
