Description
* To maintain a close working relationship with the HR Managers and HR Officers in the other Properties.
* Encourage succession moves within London and the company.
* Actively participate in working with other HR Managers and Officers within the UK region.
* Look after ER, recruitment training and welfare and admin
* People management - 1 direct admin reportee
Profile
Ideally a background in hospitality, preferably hotels.
Keen and eager to roll your sleeves up operationally.
Persuasive and robust.
Keen eye for detail.
Job Offer
£43-45k basic + benefits and 25% bonus.
