HR Co-ordinator - High Wycombe (6 month ftc) £30-32,000 pro rata

Our client is looking for a HR Co-ordinator for a 6 month fixed term contract (ideally to permanent) to start as soon as possible.

This is a generalist role that will have a strong focus on recruitment and HR administration. You will support the HR Manager with all HR queries and liaise with line managers to ensure the focus is on talent attraction, development and retention.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:-

- Support the recruitment activity in UK and Europe
- Manage employee data, procedures and processes
- Starters, Leaves and Contracts
- Carry out all aspects of payroll on a monthly basis
- Provide generalist day to day HR support on operational issues
- Assist with improving current systems and processes
- Ad-hoc Projects

You will need to be positive, focused and have a flexible approach about supporting both the people and the business and have the following experience:-

- Generalist HR experience
- Experience of recruitment campaigns and management
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Minimum of 2 years' experience at HR Administrator level
- CIPD (desirable not essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence
