Description

Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner will include but are not limited to:

* Collaborating and formulating strong relationships with mid senior management; delivering value added services in alignment with the company objectives and values

* Working closely with and delivering coaching and mentorship to managers

* Delivering company strategies for succession planning, people management, supporting bid activity, TUPE process and talent management for key stakeholders


Profile

Key skills and experience required:

* Operated at a HR Business Partner level preferably in a white collar or professional services organisation

* Experience of working in both the public and private sector would be highly beneficial

* Strong working knowledge and recent experience of providing support to bidding processes and managing a TUPE transfers is essential

* Experience of managing complex ER cases and preparing documents for tribunals

* Contracting and outsourcing experience is strongly desired

* Commercial outlook with the ability to work in a fast paced environment

* Experience of working closely with operations would be advantageous

* Based within a commutable distance to Leicester, with the flexibility to travel when required

* CIPD qualified or equivalent relevant experience


Job Offer

* £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)

* £5,000 car allowance

* 25 days holiday
