HR Advisor for a Professional Services organisation in Birmingham City Centre. Salary - £30,000 to £32,000.

Your new company
A modern and progressive Professional Services organisation based in Birmingham City Centre, with offices across the UK. Following a period of continued and exciting transformation and expansion, a HR Advisor is now required to support their ongoing growth plans.

Your new role
The Hr Advisor will be be responsible for providing a generalist HR service across the Birmingham site. The postholder will be provide advice and guidance on policies & procedures, employee relations case-management, absence management and performance management. The HR Advisor will support managers with recruitment processes, conduct new starter reviews and supporting with HR projects.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a professional and approachable HR Advisor with strong generalist experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience from the Professional Services sector or similar.

What you'll get in return
Salary of £30,000 to £32,000 plus excellent benefits.
