Care for Veterans is a leading provider of specialist, high-quality nursing and respite care for physically disabled members of the ex-service community and their families. The Charity’s primary focus is the rehabilitation of those with progressive neurological conditions, holding an overall Good CQC rating. We are proud to have recently been awarded Platinum Status under the Gold Standard Framework for our end of life care.
We are now recruiting for an experienced H.R. Manager with excellent interpersonal and employee relation skills to deliver an effective and progressive H.R. service to the organisation. This is a generalist role reporting directly to the Registered Manager.
It is essential that you are a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development/hold the Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management. A background in care or working in a regulated environment would be an advantage.
This is a full-time role, based in Worthing. In addition to an attractive salary we offer 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday entitlement, life assurance, 5% pension contribution matching scheme and subsidised meals.
