Interim HR Business Partner - 8 month FTC

Your new company
Large public sector Healthcare provider, based in Leeds City Centre.

Your new role
This is a generalist HR role with lead areas on employee relations case work and organisational change. You will be a part of the wider HR Business Partnering team but hold an autonomous case load and be expected to work independently as well as part of a team. You will have responsibility for nominated HR activities and ad hoc projects and will be nominally aligned to be one of our Directorates. You will report directly to one of the HR Managers or as part of the Employee Relations centre of excellence team.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential you have level 7 CIPD qualification and proven experience working in a complex and fast-paced unionised organisation. Significant experience of leading on complex ER cases, including organisational change, discipline, grievance and attendance management.
