I am currently working with a leading charity organisation who are looking to recruit a Reward Manager on a permanent basis. 

This role has key responsibility for delivering all annual cyclical reward activities, including the annual pay review, undertaking Gender, Pay Gap analysis and responding on salary surveys. The role provides operational support to Director of People & Culture and is responsible for delivering an advisory and support service to line managers. 

The main accountabilities held within this role will include:

  • Deliver all business-as-usual cyclical reward activities. 
  • Contribute to developing the reward strategy by providing and analysing relevant pay data and undertaking modelling.  
  • Produce regular and bespoke reward data downloads from the Oracle system to assist with routine and one-off activities
  • Deliver business-as-usual cyclical reward activities, working alongside local people teams, colleagues in the Corporate People Team and other internal contacts
  • Contribute to developing the reward strategy by providing and analysing relevant pay data and undertaking modelling.  
  • Carry out initial analysis of pay data and other information as required to support the annual gender pay gap submissions and to prepare initial internal reports which may be called for from time to time.  
  • Provide advice and support to senior managers and other HR professionals on reward issues
