Your new company
Our Leeds based client operating in the Education sector is recruiting a Senior HR Advisor for up to 9-12 months to cover maternity.
Your new role
Working in a small HR team, this person will provide support on a range of employee relations issues such as discipline, grievance and absence management and lead on a range of HR projects. Acting as a team leader, this position will also deputise for the Head of HR as and when required.
