Head of Resourcing

As Head of Resourcing, you will lead a strong team of Resourcing professionals to deliver the recruitment strategy across the group. You will design, execute and deliver the recruitment strategy in line with company objectives, focusing on identifying top talent and maintaining an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle. You will lead, motivate and develop your team of Resourcing Specialists to think creatively and proactively when sourcing roles, encouraging them to consider more direct sourcing strategies and build a pipeline of talent to support business critical areas. You will also use your expertise to lead on recruitment of senior level positions and support the business areas with information and guidance where necessary. The Head of Resourcing will also have a key role in the Diversity and Inclusion steering group, ensuring that diversity and inclusion is at the forefront of the recruitment strategy and that opportunities are open to all. You will be passionate about Employer Brand and how to maintain and maximise the organisation’s brand in the market.
Ideally you will have had previous experience in both a recruitment agency function and in-house but regardless you will be confident in your approach and knowledgeable and passionate about resourcing and talent acquisition. You will have had previous experience of managing individuals, budgets and metrics as well as being Level A & B trained in psychometric profiling.
