Description

Recruitment Manager is responsible for:

* Management of the recruitment and on-boarding activity for all roles

* Undertaking the account, vendor and budget management of preferred search agencies and recruitment advertising agencies, negotiating terms, rates, service levels and expectations, managing budget and best value achieved

* Maintaining and evolving the jobs website to effectively represent the employment brand consistently
* Undertaking regular review and evaluation of resourcing activities and programmes, using reporting and metrics
* Coaching and support line managers on any aspect of recruitment activity
* Monitoring and management of the recruitment spend within allocated budgets and participating fully in the annual budgeting process for recruitment


Profile

You will have:

* Demonstrable previous experience of operating within an in-house recruitment team
* High quality knowledge of recruitment best practice and demonstrable experience of implementing strategic approaches to enhancing recruiting effectiveness and delivering solutions
* Experience of managing a team is highly desirable.
* Ability to build relationships and influence with credibility at the senior level
* Excellent written and oral communication skills are vital
* Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks and projects
* Well organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively and deal calmly with the pressure of deadlines and conflicting priorities
* Solution-orientated with the ability to adopt a commercial perspective to problems
* Team oriented, flexible and enthusiastic with a positive and committed approach
* Reliable and able to work on own initiative, with good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.


Job Offer

Salary up to £45,000

+ benefits
