Description

- Manage all aspects of Human Resources functions fairly and consistently and to a high standard following best practice

-Support HR and OD in the development and implementations of the HR service plan to ensure it supports delivery of the corporate plan

- Manage all stages of the recruitment and selection processes within budget with best practice

- Manage, motivate and develop the HR Co-ordinator to ensure they are appropriately trained in all HR administration procedures and able to provide a customer focused support service

- Work with the Head of HR and OD to continuously improve employee relations across the organisation using relevant consultation

- Be a lead participant in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion to ensure the company attracts, develops and retains a highly diverse and high performing work force


Profile

- CIPD qualified or equivalent through experience

- Experience working with i-trent is desirable

- Up to date knowledge of employment law and its implication in the work place

- Managing and developing staff

- Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level

- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key colleagues

- High level of initiative and self-motivated


Job Offer

- £41,000 Full time salary, Pro-rated dependent on hours

- 4 days per week with flexible working pattern
