Your new role
As the HR Analyst you will take full ownership of the the organisations Share Save Scheme, becoming the subject matter expert, advising and supporting employees on the scheme processes. The share save scheme is open for 4, four week windows each year . During the rest of the year you will integrate in to the HR function supporting on compensation and benefits, executive pay, pay reviews, bonus awards and ad-hoc projects.
This is an extremely visible within the organisation providing exposure to employees at all levels of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have prior experience of share save and compensation and benefits. You will need strong Excel skills, with good attention to detail and able to follow a process accurately. You will need to be confident interacting at all levels of seniority, capable of providing clear advice.
You should also be capable of remaining flexible, with the ability to quickly adjust to varying business needs at short notice.
