HR Business Partner

This new HR Business Partner role has been created to support the highly skilled and high performing team that is expected to grow significantly over the next two years.
This is an excellent opportunity for a credible, high energy HR professional, with an entrepreneurial and can-do attitude. You will provide best practice HR business partner support and advice to the team including areas of recruitment, appropriate reward policies, leadership development and employment law.
The successful individual will possess exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with a high performing client group and be capable of building relationships quickly with a wide variety of stakeholders. Using your professional expertise, commercial acumen and knowledge of industry best practice, you will lead on developing strategic people plans for the business area, whilst ensuring we attract, engage and retain the best talent available.
