You'll partner a high profile, corporate, population (predominately technology, sales and project management types) in a role that requires you to strategically partner the leadership whilst managing the day to day operations that keep the wheels turning.

There are a number of projects on the HR roadmap eg.a review of talent management architecture, systems implementation, recruitment and onboarding strategy, opening a key operation in APAC, L&D initiatives etc. Therefore, alongside the Business Partnering day job, you'll have the opportunity for company wide strategic involvement, working very closely with a fantastic HR Director.

As an internal consultant, you'll be an ER expert, able to ably advise managers on all aspects of legislation, obviously there's policy in place but we're looking for someone with the expertise to support informed decision making, not just point to the right page of the policy document. If you enjoy using your expertise to inform balanced, commercial, decisions, this is a great place to be.

Offered as a 12 month contract and based from central London, you'll be supporting stakeholders across the UK (with a strong south east focus) so some travel is required.
