HR Advisor

HR Advisor (6 month ftc) - North London - £40-43,000 plus benefits

Excellent opportunity for a CIPD Qualified (or equivalent) HR Advisor to join this forward thinking, innovative, commercial organisation based in North London for a 6 month fixed term contract. Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will be involved in the following:-

- Provide first line advice on policy and process,
- Handle ER situations in a way that supports the values and commercial requirements,
- Support the delivery of elements of the HR strategy
- Responsible for the delivery of HR reporting and analytics
- Support the delivery of Ad-hoc people projects
- Support the delivery of annual HR processes

It is essential that you have the following experience:-

- CIPD Qualified or equivalent
- HR Generalist experience in a commercial environment
- Strong stakeholder management experience in a complex matrix organisation
- Employment law expertise
- A pragmatic approach to problem solving
- High level of integrity
- Can-do attitude, able to adapt to focus on multiple priorities

- Not afraid to challenge
- Flexible and adaptable
- Dedicated, determined and capable of multi-tasking
