Job Details
As a Group HR Manager, you are essentially a Head of HR. This is a fully senior generalist opportunity embracing all aspects of HR however a key focus will be to implement a high performance culture and to ensure that key talent is identified, retained and developed within the organisation. As a strategic business partner and leading a team, you will work closely with key stakeholders to drive and enhance organisational effectiveness. Additionally, you will be required to deliver best practice initiatives across resourcing, capability and employee engagement.
We are seeking a highly commercial individual with the flair to create visionary HR practices and the pragmatism to implement them across diverse business areas. To succeed, you will combine a sophisticated range of influencing styles, a strong honed business acumen and a robust ability to build excellent working relationships.
Preferably MCIPD qualified, you will possess a robust theoretical knowledge (from a corporate structured business) of HR combined with the ability to implement agile HR initiatives that will result in tangible business benefit. A proven track record of success within multisite unionised business would be of benefit, as would your ability to lead and drive HR best practice through an HR team.
