This affords them the opportunity to bring in the next key member of the team focused on Leadership, Management and Organisation Development.
It's very much a client facing role taking ownership of treasured relationships, consulting on, developing and delivering solutions in the Learning and Organisation Development space, whilst also playing an influential role in evolving thought leadership in the practice.
It is sure to be an exciting journey, with lots of opportunity for growth and learning. Whilst a well-established business the culture feels like a start-up and will be very different to corporate life. The team is highly collaborative and supportive. It's fast paced and fun, where they work with real agility to always delight clients, so you'll need to show a real nimble delivery focus.
You could currently be in an in-house corporate learning and organisation development role or in another consultancy environment within the leadership/organisation development space.
