My client are a financial services firm in Bromley.


* Build an early careers strategy to attract, develop and build pipeline for junior talent from entry level, apprenticeships, graduate programmes
* Identift skill gaps in the team and develop programmes to ensure you attract the right talent in the market
* Be pivotal in the relationship with internal and external educational learning providers
* Build on development plans to monitor junio talent performance
* Support managers to identify skill needs and develop them in their own teams
* Be proactive in coming up with innovative ideas to retain and attract junior talent
* Work with a Diversity and Inclusion mindset, to ensure a diverse talent pipeline
* Manage talent risk within the teams


* Be an effective communicator
* Be able to build effective working relationships with SMT
* Strong knowledge of talent identification and building appropriate pipeline for early careers
* Be able to manage and prioritise your workload accordingly
* Effective coaching skills
* Experience in Fincancial services is not essential but ideal
* A learning and development background would be beneficial
