Job Details
A fantastic organisation in London are recruiting an HR Adviser on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone to deliver specialist Human Resources expertise.
Responsibilities
- To provide advice and support to the HR Business Partner with regards to operational HR issues
- Managing people processes, including expatriate management
- Provide support on ad hoc HR projects
- Develop HR policies and procedures
- Plan and deliver HR related training to staff
- Work on projects around international employment, providing support where necessary
- Establish relationships across the organisation and providing advice on HR best practice
Qualifications/experience required
- Experience in international HR for a multinational organization
- Good knowledge of global employment and mobility practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with performance management
- CIPD Qualified (Desirable)
- Up to date knowledge of employment law and good employment practice
