Job Details

A fantastic charity in London are recruiting an HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone to deliver specialist international Human Resources expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Partner across the organisation and ensure that management understands and is aligned with the HR Strategy
  • Lead on planned and ad hoc HR projects
  • Manage multi-national terms and conditions
  • Significant experience with change management including restructuring, outsourcing and redundancy
  • Advise and guide managers throughout the employment lifecycle
  • Attend regular meetings with senior leadership to plan for implications for organisational design and change management
  •     Establish relationships across the business, advising on matters such as ER, change management and learning & development
  •     Develop, implement and embed HR policies and procedures

Qualifications/experience required

  • International HR experience
  • Experience in a true business partnering role with experience in change management
  • Excellent UK employment law knowledge and a broader understanding of wide international employment law
  • Proven experience delivering HR projects
  • Experience carrying out stakeholder management, influencing managers at all levels
