Interim Recruitment Advisor

An interim Recruitment Advisor job for 6 months in Dorking paying c£30K pa as part of a well structured team.

Your new company
An international Engineering consultancy. Due to high workload and redevelopment of the team, an Interim Recruitment Advisor is required for 6 months.

Your new role
Reporting into your Recruitment Business Partner, you will be responsible for direct candidate sourcing, as well as liaising with agency partners where applicable. You will ensure applicants are effectively screened and that the expectations of the line manager and managed, from both a timeframe and market perspective. You will also lead on aspects of coordination and compliance.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have direct experience in sourcing a high volume of candidates in a highly varied environment to tight timescales. You will be a fantastic communicator and understand both permanent and contractor markets.

What you'll get in return
c£30,000 pa, local parking and easy access from the local train station.
