A long-term maternity contract has come through for an experienced Interim HR Manager to start around September for a 12 month period.
As Interim HR Manager, you will manage a team of geographically spread HR professionals. This role will cover the full generalist remit including TUPE, Performance Management, complex Employee Relations up to Employment Tribunal, development of policies and procedures, organisational design and Unions.
As an experienced Interim HR Manager, you will have managed a team, with multi-site experience within a blue-collar environment. Strong Employment Law, TUPE and Union experience is essential.
