Really interesting, varied opportunity for an experienced HR Co-ordinator to join a high-profile, award-winning, creative, PR agency. Based in gorgeous offices in a great West End location you will be providing full generalist HR support, with a focus on recruitment, for a highly-motivated, talented, fun workforce 

This is a newly created role due to company growth. It's a really varied position which will give you exposure to all aspects of the business, working as part of a small, dedicated and energetic HR team, 

We are looking for someone who is excited about the opportunity to build their HR experience in a creative company and who will also enjoy taking ownership of recruitment processes. The role will involve 

  • Co-ordinating recruitment and selection processes for the agency
  • Dealing with starter and leave processes including comprehensive inductions
  • Shared responsibility for appraisal co-ordination
  • Support on training and L&D
  • Acting as the main enquiry point for staff regarding employment queries 
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects 

This would suit an experienced HR professional with experience of providing recruitment support looking for the next step in their career in a vibrant company.
