A large public sector organisation based in Belfast City Centre

Your new role
You will support the HR Manager across a number of different departments in the planning, supervision and operational delivery of a range of HR services including Employment Relations, Attendance Management, Recruitment & Selection, HR Policy & Industrial Relations, and Learning & Development. You will support business improvement activities within the HR Centre of Excellence and will provide HR representation on business improvement and change programmes/projects within the wider organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need at least a foundation degree or higher in Human Resource Management and professional membership of CIPD You will also require sufficient experience in at least 3 of the following areas. Attendance Management, Employment Relations, Recruitment and Selection, Industrial Relations, Policy formulation and/or Learning and Development
