Our client provides a comprehensive range of services to over 6000 homes in North Yorkshire, a number that continues to grow with the delivery of an ambitious development strategy, supporting their vision to become the best rural housing provider.



An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning and Development Trainer to join the team. Within this role you’ll be tasked with identifying training needs and skills gaps, designing training programmes and materials and helping great people to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours. You’ll also evaluate and measure the impact that your training has and develop peer networks to keep abreast of current thinking.



The successful candidate will have experience of working within a similar role and will be a skilled communicator with strong problem solving skills. It is essential that you have the ability to create training materials in multiple formats, learn new technologies, learn new policies and procedures and follow methodical procedures whilst working on your own initiative. You’ll be highly organised, enabling you to plan and prioritise an ever changing workload and you’ll be committed to continuous improvement.



A full UK driving licence is essential.
