I am currently working with an NHS organisation who are looking to recruit a Temporary Staffing Manager on a Fixed Term Contract basis. 

The main accountabilities held within this role will include:

  • To support the delivery of the Group Human Resources Service to the three Acute Hospitals within the MSB group and external organisations.
  • The role will provide operational leadership and management, acting as the deputy to the Head of Temporary staffing.
  • The role assists in supporting the delivery and ongoing operation of an all-encompassing change within Human Resources directorate
  • Specifically resourcing, which will see us move from individual Trust teams to a full Human Resources Service which supports the MSB Group model. Reporting to the Head of Temporary Staffing
  • Providing senior HR support to Clinical and Corporate Directorates.
  • The role will provide overall support with the leadership to the eRostering and Bank and Agency teams, developing the skills of the team.
  • Ensure that the Trusts within MSB operates a consistent, cost effective and efficient temporary staffing service,
