Hays Human Resources are currently recruiting on behalf of a full service marketing agency. They specialise in helping big brands make an even bigger impact by combining data, coding and creativity to help clients make stronger connections with their audiences.

Your new role

Part time HR Administrator

You will be accountable for all HR/People administration, supporting recruitment, payroll, and senior leadership teams, admin for employee benefits, co-coordinating employee inductions and booking training courses. You will also be contributing to the development of the people function and identifying opportunities to propose new and more efficient ways of working.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have had previous administration experience within a busy department and some understanding of employment law with good HR practices. You will be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, have excellent administrative skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll get in return

The client is willing to offer a part time salary of £20,000 pro rata. This is based on 22.5 hours a week. On top of this the successful candidate will receive a fantastic benefits package including contributed pension scheme.
