HR Business Partner

Your new company
Our client based in Central Oxford are currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner on a part time basis. They are a longstanding organisation with offices across multiple sites.

Your new role
As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for high quality partnering with a diverse multi location business. You will be responsible for workforce planning, supporting the Recruitment process, advising and coaching line managers on performance management issues and also delivering HR workshops.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this position you will have previous Business Partnering experience with in a large, matrix organisation. you will have the ability to form relationships with key stakeholders. You will also hold excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
