Job Details
Role Purpose:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a growing international Retail banking group expanding their Regional Business Partner footprint. They are looking for an additional member of the HR Business Partnering team to support the regional SMT across the North West (home base). You will partner the business to influence and steer strategy, driving change to develop people capability and support the organisations ambition of becoming the market leader.
You do not need banking of Financial services experience but experience from within a large retailer will be highly advantageous.
Other key accountabilities will include: True end to end Business Partnering
*HR Projects, Change and Transformation programmes.
Lead succession planning process and ensure achievable talent plans
*Coach leaders to deliver improved business performance and the engagement and wellbeing of their people
Lead on organisational design and change management.
*Work with the Senior HRBP's to deliver any projects which support the delivery of the Functional or HR People Plan
Drive a culture of business ownership and accountability for people management practices.
*To ensure the business have the capability, capacity and culture where colleagues and customer experience is the focus of their leaders
Coach and influence senior leaders in order to enhance or change culture.
*partner with Directors and Managers and help to shape and implement People Plans
*Drive the performance and talent agenda within allocated regions/functions
A strong HR generalist you will have significant HR Projects, Change programmes experience. An ambitious, fast paced, innovative HR professional you will demonstrate credibility and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
?Ability to quickly build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders as well as the people function, will determine your success in this role. This will require strong influencing skills and the ability to apply sound professional judgement.
?Strong prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to exercise appropriate autonomy.
?Able to demonstrate experience of driving a performance culture.
?A confident coach and mentor, you will be adept at upskilling managers to manage their people.
?You will have basic OD skills from delivering previous change initiatives and be confident in delivering and embedding change in an organisation, including TUPE.
?Experience of leading successful projects which deliver improvements for colleagues.
?Curious and questioning, you will ensure data is accurate and be happy to analyse and interpret data to inform decisions.
?Commercial in approach with a good understanding of business and the commercial impact of people initiatives.
