Job Details

I am currently working with a membership body organisation based in Central London, who are looking to recruit a HR Manager on an interim basis. 

The main accountabilities held within this role will include:

  • Manage with other HR staff employee relation cases and ensure that they meet best practice and employment legislation and report them to the Director of HR.
  • Provide appropriate advice to managers
  • Develop and deliver training/coaching alongside other HR staff in line with the business need of the College.
  • Produce relevant learning and development strategies, policies and procedures as directed by the Director of HR
  • Assist with the development of new learning and development opportunities
  • Assist with the annual performance management process; ensuring documentation is returned and logged in line with the procedural timelines and reports produced, working with other HR staff
  • Lead on the production of annual learning and development programme.
  • Assist the Director of HR to manage the learning and development budget
  • Develop and maintain accurate and easily accessible records and processes for all learning and development activities and processes including recording and monitoring attendance
  • Lead on the booking of training courses and ensuring that an appropriate evaluation process is in place which is regularly reviewed
