Gippeswyk Community Educational Trust is a Multi-Academy Trust in Ipswich. The Trust has three schools currently: Copleston High School, Britannia Primary School and Nursery, and Rose Hill Primary School.

Copleston High School is a popular, 11 - 18 mixed Academy noted for its caring and disciplined atmosphere. It was judged as a 'Good school with outstanding features' by Ofsted (January 2018).

We require an HR Officer to manage the day-to-day administration of our busy HR Department which provides dedicated HR support for Copleston High School and across the Trust.

You will support the HR Director to provide an efficient and effective HR service to Copleston High School and across the Trust. We are looking for someone who is hard-working and focussed, with good interpersonal skills, an attention to detail and an ability to react quickly to changeable situations. You will have an understanding of HR and education, and an ability to encourage and further embed good practice in our employment practices. You must be CIPD qualified and have school or education experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in HR and to gain some solid experience of a wide range of HR activities.
