HR Manager - Watford - £35-40,000 plus benefits

Newly created role for a HR Manager to join a growing commercial organisation in Watford. Reporting into the CEO, this role will be varied and will include talent management, performance management, rewards plus day to day HR issues. Main responsibilities will include:-

- Provide support and guidance for Managers on HR issues including employment legislation and performance management as well as first line of support for disciplinary and grievances
- Oversee the recruitment process
- Responsible for managing the company induction and on-boarding
- Responsible for managing the maternity process
- Conducting exit interviews
- Employee benefits packages
- Review and update the Employee and Company Handbook

You will need the following experience:-

- Full or Part CIPD Qualified
- Experience in global multi-location organisations
- Sound knowledge of operational and development HR
- Experience of providing and analysing Management Information
- Good problem solving skills

There will be some travel (UK and Abroad) involved.
