Job Details
An organisation in London are recruiting a HR Systems Officer for a 12-month period. They are looking for someone to deliver comprehensive systems support.
Responsibilities
- To be the expert user of the HR system, maintaining the system and continually improving and recommending relevant changes or training
- Using HR data and metrics to produce reports
- Identify opportunities to improve the organisations use of data and systems
- Collating HR content for the organisation’s intranet
- Provide input and support for ad hoc projects
- Collate and record all payroll data
- Advising on policies and procedures
Qualifications/experience required
- String HR database experience and experience with manipulating data
- Advanced Excel skills
- The ability to work autonomously and get things done
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce interesting reports based off of HR metrics and data
