An organisation in London are recruiting a HR Systems Officer for a 12-month period.  They are looking for someone to deliver comprehensive systems support.

Responsibilities 

  • To be the expert user of the HR system, maintaining the system and continually improving and recommending relevant changes or training
  • Using HR data and metrics to produce reports
  • Identify opportunities to improve the organisations use of data and systems
  • Collating HR content for the organisation’s intranet
  • Provide input and support for ad hoc projects
  • Collate and record all payroll data
  • Advising on policies and procedures

Qualifications/experience required

  • String HR database experience and experience with manipulating data 
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and get things done
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce interesting reports based off of HR metrics and data
