My client is a complex national not-for-profit organisation who are on an exciting journey of culture change.


The key focus of this role is to develop and implement projects relating to employee surveys and wider employee engagement. The first priority is to design and drive an interim employee survey solution and run a survey in 2019.

You would also work closely with the senior OD team to analyse, understand and leverage the employee survey results and coordinate the distribution of results Support the interpretation of employee experience data and action planning for improvement across the organisation. Working collaboratively with others, undertake a review of the organisation's future employee survey needs.

Data analysis is also essential in this role therefore being confident with data and manipulating and translating data into business plans and solutions is very important.


The ideal candidate will be available to start this 6 month interim role and have extensive employee survey and engagement experience from within a HR setting.

Job Offer

£37,500 - £45,000 based on experience / day rate equivalent considered.
