Senior HR Business Partner
A public sector organisation is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join them a 6-month fixed term basis.
The purpose of this role is to lead on a large-scale onshoring project across the organisation.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Lead an onshoring project across the organisation
- Act as the lead HR professional for any employment contract queries
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
- Act as the Project Manager throughout the contract
- Lead on complaints and benefits packages, as well as recruitment issues
The successful candidate will have:
- Some knowledge around complaints and benefits
- A results focused attitude and high levels of motivation
- Strong employee lifecycle knowledge
- An understanding of workflows
- Strong generalist HR and finance background
