Job Details

A public sector organisation is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join them a 6-month fixed term basis.

The purpose of this role is to lead on a large-scale onshoring project across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Lead an onshoring project across the organisation
  • Act as the lead HR professional for any employment contract queries
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Act as the Project Manager throughout the contract
  • Lead on complaints and benefits packages, as well as recruitment issues

The successful candidate will have:

  • Some knowledge around complaints and benefits
  • A results focused attitude and high levels of motivation
  • Strong employee lifecycle knowledge
  • An understanding of workflows
  • Strong generalist HR and finance background
