The HR Manager will lead the HR agenda for the UK with the help of an HR Officer. The HR manager will be a vital part of the senior management and will be involved in both strategic and operational HR from their offices in Kings Lynn.

The successful candidate will be a proven HR professional with a strong operational background from a blue collar background. They will also be able to demonstrate they are able to be the HR lead from a senior management perspective.
