Job Details
Description
* Align the business strategy with the HR strategy, providing HR advice and solutions to stakeholders
* Analyse the risks, trends and challenges in the BP team and ER activity
* Update and maintain compliant HR policies and procedures for complex HR solutions
* Ensure a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all sensitive matters for HR
* Manage the expectations and relationships for Directors and senior managers
* Develop and deliver organisational development requirements in line with the business needs
Profile
* Be a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
* You will have a CIPD level 5 or above
* You will have previous man management experience
* Experience leading organisation change
