Description
Workforce Planning
Plan and organise workforce planning with senior key stakeholders on a quarterly basis utilising the workforce planning tool to capture key people data including, strategy, skills, talent mapping (using the 9 box grid), department processes, future structure, training and development plans and succession planning.
Capture headcount requirements and manage the supply and demand of resources.
Ensure that headcount does not exceed budget.
Analyse data from the workforce planning tool, recruitment data and attrition numbers to predict future resourcing requirements.
Design measurable actions that will form a "drum beat" activity in each business area that will help drive the HR objectives.
Recruitment and Selection
Support the Recruitment Partner with hiring manager communications.
Advise and coach managers on the recruitment process.
Liaise with Finance Business Partners and the resourcing team on all recruitment activity.
Support managers with the interview process as and when needed.
Performance Excellence
Advise and coach managers on performance management issues and processes - provide training, support and guidance aligned to creating a High Performance Culture.
Oversee the appraisal process to ensure continuous improvement.
Carry out follow up administration and evaluation as part of the quarterly talent management conversations.
Deliver Training & Development
Deliver workshops to support HR initiatives such as Performance Excellence, Talent Mapping (how to get the best out of the workforce planning tool) and Recruitment best practice.
Employee Engagement
Support managers with employee engagement initiatives that help drive retention.
Analyse data from employee engagement surveys and develop initiatives to support improvements
Oracle System
Provide guidance and support to key stakeholders as and when required.
Ensure that regular audits are completed in accordance with the internal data integrity KPI`s.
Produce reports as and when required.
Analysis data to drive engagement of our HR initiatives.
Change Management
Plan, design and deliver communications to support key HR change activities.
Follow established change models to support and advise the business with change projects that affect people.
People Management
Setting clear objectives.
Delegation of tasks and activities.
Coaching and supporting where necessary.
Commercial Acumen
Understand the products and services within the business unit.
Understand the markets and key customers.
Understand the financial targets and budget of the business unit.
Profile
This is a part time role that would suit an experienced individual who enjoys every aspect of HR; from recruitment support, to ER to management training on generalist processes.
Although this is a part time role you will be part of a core HR and TA team, and will be expected to have a flexible attitude and turn your hand to anything!
Job Offer
22 hours per week, flexible over 3 to 5 days
25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays pro rata'd
