This major longstanding, global and major practice is ready for their next phase of growth creating an opportunity for a permanent HR Administrative Assistant is needed in their Bristol office.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative work within a HR team. This will include supporting recruitment, L&D and on-boarding. You will also be 1st line support for 200 employees across 5 sites and help develop their current HR system. Your primary role is to focus on the basic administration for the company.

What you'll need to succeed
Close attention to detail and an aptitude for learning will lead to your success. A strong knowledge of Microsoft packages and IT systems. The ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate resilience will enable you to fit into this role well.
