The post holder will be required to lead business partnering work with one of our two largest and most complex client groups, Operations and External Affairs (OEA) or Academic Development and Services (ADS). They must be able to support multiple Directors and senior management teams and offer advice, coaching and support to less experienced colleagues. The Senior HR Business Partner will work under the overall direction of the Associate Director of HR (Business Partnering).

As an expert HR professional you will adopt an agile approach in teams and thrive for the best not only in deploying the long term People Strategy, but also developing relationships and influencing decision making to support long term financial sustainability.
